Houston

Class A CDL Driver

Responsibilities

Transport 20 feet and 40+ feet trailers (double trailers as needed)
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
Report defects, accidents, or violations

Requirements

Proven work experience as a truck driver. Valid CDL A (with 1-year verifiable OTR preferred)
No DOT recordable/preventable accidents in the past 12 months
No serious violations on the last 36 months, including reckless driving or careless endangerment.
No DUI
Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
No recent moving or driving violations
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
Valid commercial truck driving license
Doubles Endorsements

Job Type:

Full-time, Contract

Pay:

$1,300.00 – $1,500 per week

Delivery Associate

We are looking for responsible delivery driver’s to deliver packages (up to 100 pounds) to commercial and residential areas. Drivers must be responsible, have excellent time management skills, be self-motivated, reliable, and energetic.
Must be willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Delivering a wide variety of packages
Conduct inspections of vehicle prior to departing to deliver goods
Following delivery driving routes and time schedules
Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and operating the delivery vehicle
Complete inspections of vehicle after route has been completed

Qualifications and Skills

Must be over 21 years old
Have a valid driver license
Consent to a criminal background check
Pass a drug screen
Have a clean driving record (1 point/ticket, no DUI’s, and no suspensions)
